Job description
Suncoast Hospice, part of Empath Health, seeks a caring RN for Evening/Weekend care in Palm Harbor, FL. You will deliver hospice support to terminally ill patients, assess needs, coordinate plans, and educate families under physician orders.
Schedule is 40 hours weekly: two weekdays 4:30 PM–12:30 AM and Sat–Sun 10:00 AM–10:00 PM. Florida RN license, CPR, and reliable transportation required; prior acute/post-acute experience preferred for end‑of‑life care.
