Virginia Commonwealth University Health in Richmond, VA is seeking a Behavioral Health Security Specialist for the Evenings shift to support Inpatient Psychiatry Units and the Virginia Treatment Center for Children. This non-sworn role focuses on courteous staff, visitors, and patient safety, enforcing hospital rules, and promoting a secure, respectful environment.
You will de-escalate agitated individuals, assess the environment, and collaborate with a team to prevent violence.
