Job description
NYU Langone Hospital—Long Island is seeking a Per Diem LPN for the Dialysis Center in Bethpage, evenings. The successful candidate uses clinical experience to plan and deliver safe, age-appropriate patient care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote wellness and optimize outcomes.
Responsibilities include documenting care, evaluating patient status, processing medication orders, obtaining authorizations, maintaining clean patient areas, and following HIPAA guidelines.
