Job description
Encore is seeking a Technical Lead to manage setup and operation of audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment. You will work with customers on-site, troubleshoot issues, and mentor junior technicians while upholding Encore’s Deliver World Class Service philosophy.
Responsibilities include equipment operation, client relations, and adherence to safety and company processes. You will coordinate with staff and vendors to ensure successful events and accurate invoicing where needed.
