Event Coordinator – Sales,Training & Hospitality (Full Time)

We're looking for someone special: a natural salesperson, a great trainer, and a warm, confident host who makes every family feel like the guest of honor.
Launch is hiring a full-time Event Coordinator in Norwood to lead our birthday parties and group events, one of the fastest-growing parts of our business.
Pay & Schedule
$21–$25/hour + commission on event sales
Full time, 30+ hours/week
Weekends are our busiest days, with flexible weekday scheduling
What You'll Do
Sell: Turn inquiries into booked events, upsell packages and add-ons, and build group bookings with schools, teams, and community groups
Train: Coach and motivate party hosts to deliver a 5-star experience every time
Host: Welcome families, plan stress-free celebrations, and run events with energy and polish
Follow up to earn great reviews and repeat bookings
Who You Are
Confident asking for the sale and driven by goals
A natural coach who brings out the best in a team
Warm, organized, and at your best when it's busy
Experience in sales, events, hospitality, or customer service; leadership experience a plus
