Forging and maintaining an inclusive environment fuels our dedication to service and allows us to make meaningful connections with everyone, whether an employee or guest.Responsibilities:Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet rooms, hallways, storage, and service areas.Assist with the setup, turnover and breakdown of events to include stripping the room of all furniture and resetting the room as outline in the Banquet Event Order.Refresh meeting rooms as needed.Periodically clean meeting and event rooms.Properly care for, move, and store equipment such as tables, chairs, risers, dance floors, lecterns, and other room supplies.Brew beverages as directed by the event captain.Break down the trays of dirty dishes, glasses and silverware coming from the functions.Assists all banquet staff and other departments in producing efficiently run events.QualificationsEvent houseperson or related experience is a plus. Prior Food & Beverage experience is preferred.Ability to lift and carry up to 65 pounds.Ability to frequently sit, kneel, stand, stoop, bend, stretch and manipulate objects for extended periods of time.Attentiveness to visual and audible cues.Developed English skills.
