Duration: 12 Months
Onsite min 3 days per week out of the BURLINGME (Bay Area) office or NYC office Product Experiences: Experience Producer
Experience Required: 5+ years preferred; however, the type and relevance of experience are more important than years alone.
Education: Bachelor's degree required, or relevant years of experience.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and detail-oriented Experience Producer to work cross-functionally in leading, executing, and supporting a range of events, activations, and product demonstrations.
This role will support a team focused on creating memorable product experiences that bring consumer hardware and software to market and engage individuals and communities through technology-driven experiences.
This is a contract position for at least 12 months and requires in-office presence at least 3 days per week in either New York, NY or Burlingame, CA.
Responsibilities
Support and execute events and experiences across the organization.
Design, develop, and scale the delivery of product experiences in support of internal and external stakeholders.
Provide creative production and logistics expertise for events, including: Experience consultation
Demo design
Staffing
Technology support
On-site event support
Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and creative teams.
Support the development of processes and playbooks that streamline and scale operations.
Partner with external agencies to plan and execute experiential programs.
Be available and willing to travel up to 25%.
Establish and support strategic measurement and marketing plans for events.
Support post-event reporting processes and data collection.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of client-facing experience in event management, event production, or within a creative agency environment.
Experience coordinating both virtual and in-person events.
Experience with cross-functional collaboration, organizational design, and systems planning.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with a proven track record of working with executive leadership.
Experience managing vendors and external partners.
Experience with standard project management tools and methodologies.
Experience managing production budgets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to use judgment and analysis to provide practical, timely, and proactive communication guidance and support.
Experience assessing data reports to identify metrics, trends, and patterns related to communications and event performance.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with emerging technology, AI, wearables, virtual reality, and/or Labs products.
Level 1 technical troubleshooting capabilities, including troubleshooting devices and developing real-time creative solutions during events.
Experience working within a large, matrixed, global technology company.
Experience working in a rapidly scaling department or organization.
