At Live Nation Entertainment, our people embrace these qualities, so if this sounds like you then please read on!What This Role Will Do:Ensure guest safety through proactive personal interaction and removing hazards in the area of responsibilityPrevent and resolve altercations among guestsLead guests and other employees in emergency evacuation procedures and provide assistanceMaintain control by circulating through your work area throughout the shiftCheck identification of any guest who appears to be under 30 years of age who is drinking alcoholic beverages inside the venueEnsure that no weapons or harmful items enter the venue by inspecting every guest with a metal detector or pat-down searchEnforce House policy regarding photos/videos/recording devicesSafeguard against theft and property damageCommunicate clearly using radios, hand signals and flashlights. In compliance with the NYC Law, a potential new employee's salary history will not be used in compensation decisions.The expected compensation for this position is:$17.60 USD - $22.00 USD Hourly** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.Live Nation Entertainment will never request payment or equipment purchases as part of the hiring process.
