Job description
Brookshire Grocery Company (BGC) in Tyler, Texas, is seeking a catering and events assistant to maintain catering operations, assist with planning special events, and help with delivery, setup, serving and cleanup of catering events.
The role requires basic knowledge of catering operations, ability to safely operate equipment such as slicers and ovens, and a customer-focused, flexible team player. You will work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to support events.
