Job description
Turning Stone Enterprises in Verona, NY seeks a Services Manager to maximize revenue across hotel, F&B, meetings, and ancillary services. You will plan events with clients, drive upsells beyond minimums, and ensure exceptional guest experiences through proactive service and professional communication.
The role requires guest-facing experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office; Delphi experience is a plus. Flexible scheduling including weekends and evenings is expected.
