Job description
The GEO Group Australia Pty Ltd. seeks a Facilitator to provide direct support for Cognitive Behavioral Interventions for In Custody Youth at Tulare County Juvenile Detention Facility.
You will manage a caseload, run psycho-educational groups, and implement evidence-based practices in all interactions with youth and staff. Responsibilities include developing service plans, enforcing program norms, and coordinating resources to aid transition to community.
