This position is responsible for performing primarily floor tech and porter functions throughout the community.Primary Responsibilities:Exemplify at all times Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization.Responsible for floor care, material handling, recycling, housekeeping and pressure washing.Daily routines require a variety of skills and responsibilities such as maintaining proper use of golf cart, small equipment and safety practices.Qualifications:High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.Three to six months experience in a janitorial position preferred.If you're an enthusiastic, compassionate, senior care professional who is passionate about hospitality and senior engagement - please apply, we'd love to get to know you!
