Job description
Exam Proctor
The Law School is seeking part-time Exam Proctors to assist with exam administration. This is a part-time position (up to 29 hours/week) with the ability to work the following shifts from December 1, 2026 to December 16, 2026 and/or April 26, 2027 to May 11, 2027.
Monday-Friday 10:30am to 4:30pm or 4:30pm to 10:30pm
Saturday: 10:30am to 4:30pm.
Responsibilities:
Administer tests and exams to Scalia Law students;
Follow established procedures to maintain test security and confidentiality;
Provide instructions to test-takers and answering questions related to the testing process;
Monitor the test-taking process to ensure compliance with testing policies and procedures;
Report any suspicious behavior or violations of testing policies;
Collect and return test materials to the appropriate personnel;
Communicate any issues or concerns with the testing process to the appropriate personnel; and
Maintain accurate records related to testing and test-takers.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent;
Experience in a fast-paced environment;
Comfortable working in a diverse environment;
Strong communication skills and ability to provide clear instructions to test-takers;
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information;
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures to ensure test security and confidentiality;
Professional customer service and collaboration skills;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; and
Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods of time; Ability to bend, stoop, and reach; and Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 lbs.
