Qualifying Spanish Language Oral Test: Candidates will be scheduled for the Spanish Language Oral Test on an individual basis after the multiple choice test has been completed. Candidates must pass the Spanish Language Oral Test at Level 2 proficiency, defined as: having a working oral language proficiency with understandable, smooth expression at a conversational level of communication. Only candidates that have passed the T&E test will be called to the performance test. Candidates must pass all parts of this examination in order to be eligible to be considered for appointment.
