Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a licensed therapist for Excelcare at Wilmington, delivering physical, occupational, or speech therapy to geriatric and sub-acute residents. Responsibilities include evaluations, individualized treatment plans, daily treatment sessions, documentation, and participation in care conferences. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team and facility staff to optimize functional outcomes and quality of life.
