General urology practice with immediate patient volume and OR accessSupport from 4 dedicated advanced practice providers (NPs/PAs)Flexibility to explore subspecialty interests, including pelvic floor reconstruction or pediatric urologyCall rotation of 1:6 weekdays and weekends, with one day off every other weekState-of-the-art facilities with advanced digital infrastructure and EMR systems optimized for urology workflowsTeaching opportunities with medical students and residentsCompetitive compensation package with base salary, incentives, commencement bonus, relocation, quality incentives, and production-based pay
