Ob Hospitalist Group (OBHG) Site Directors play a crucial dual clinical and leadership role: ensuring clinical and operational objectives are met and guiding the hospitalist team. The site director reports to the Medical Director of Operations and collaborates with the MDO to deliver excellent care, maintain relationships, and oversee financial health.

28 private postpartum rooms
Water birthing suite
Three surgery suites and a pregnancy care center with private triage
Hospitalist Responsibilities
OB/GYN Triage
Fetal Monitoring
Gynecological Emergency Assistance
Patient Evaluation and Management
Delivery Attendance and Surgical Assistance
Position Details
Full-time (5-7 shifts/month) and Part-time (2-4 shifts/month)
Travel availability if desired
Flexible scheduling with GUARANTEED SHIFTS
90-day advance scheduling
No on-call responsibilities
