Job description
Opportunity
Provide comprehensive medical care to neonates admitted to the Level III NICU, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of complex medical conditions
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including neonatal nurses, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other specialists to develop and implement individualized care plans for neonatal patients
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research projects aimed at enhancing neonatal care practices and outcomes
Provide guidance and support to nursing staff and residents in the management of neonatal emergencies and high-risk deliveries

Qualifications
Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program in Pediatrics
MD/DO board certified/board eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
Demonstrated clinical expertise in the care of critically ill neonates, including proficiency in neonatal resuscitation and advanced life support techniques
Skilled at providing exceptional care
The ability to communicate clearly and work as a member of a team
Experience working in a Level III NICU and/or Level I Trauma Center preferred
