Job description
The Charlotte, NC opening for a Execution Trader — Electronic Markets is fully remote and restricted to applicants in that area. Compensation and Benefits
Base salary: $170,000–$245,000 USD, based on experience

Required Qualifications
Direct electronic-trading or execution-analytics experience
Knowledge of order types, auctions, and U.S. market structure
Strong SQL and post-trade analytical ability
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with broker algorithms, venue analysis, and best-execution review
Ability to act quickly while preserving complete order and incident records
Experience collaborating across time zones while maintaining the operating coverage assigned to the Charlotte, NC opening.
