Job description
This Tucson, AZ-based, fully remote Execution Trader — Electronic Markets position will improve how investment decisions reach electronic markets while controlling live-order risk. Applicants must live in the local area, which gives the team year-round Mountain Standard Time coverage through changing national market schedules.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary: $170,000-$245,000 USD, based on experience
Work arrangement: Fully remote; applicants must be based in the Tucson, AZ area

Required Qualifications
Direct electronic-trading or execution-analytics experience
Knowledge of order types, auctions, and U.S. market structure
Strong SQL and post-trade analytical ability
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with broker algorithms, venue analysis, and best-execution review
Ability to act quickly while preserving complete order and incident records
Experience collaborating across time zones while maintaining the operating coverage assigned to the Tucson, AZ opening.
