Executive Administrative AssistantNextStep Recruiting is partnering with a confidential client to identify an Executive Administrative Assistant to support multiple executives and senior leaders. This role is responsible for keeping schedules, travel, meetings, and day-to-day office needs running smoothly in a professional corporate environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, exceptionally detail-oriented, and experienced in managing competing priorities for multiple executives.ResponsibilitiesManage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate priorities across multiple executives and VPsCoordinate domestic and/or international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and schedule changesManage office vendors and coordinate maintenance, facilities needs, and other day-to-day office servicesCoordinate lunches, catering, meetings, and other executive or office-related eventsProvide additional administrative and operational support to executives as needs ariseRequirementsPrevious experience supporting multiple executives and/or VPs simultaneouslyExceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-throughStrong calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel coordination experienceProfessional communication skills and ability to work effectively with senior leadershipExperience with Microsoft Office and business systems; Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plusNextStep Recruiting provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants regardless of race, color, or applicable state and local laws governing nondiscrimination in employment in every location where the company has facilities.
