Executive Administrative AssistantLocation: 445 Shady Lane Huntingdon Valley, PA Hours: M-F 8am - 5pmOverview: Supporting the entity CEO, CFO, Associate Vice President for Practice Operations and Director of Quality and Compliance, performs and/or supervises the administrative functions of the TPI Corporate Office (department'). Performs varied tasks to support department management requiring considerable judgment in problem solving and extensive knowledge of departmental and institutional policies and procedures. Continually works to ensure the smooth operation and workflow of the department. Handles time sensitive and confidential information, including the processing of practice cash deposits and department payroll / time keeping. Prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner. Arranges travel schedule and reservations for executive management as needed.Education: Associate's Degree Required or Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required Experience: 5 years experience in a related administrative capacity supporting Executives Required 1 year experience in a healthcare setting PreferredTemple Health is a dynamic network of outstanding hospitals, specialty centers, and physician practices that is advancing the fight against disease, pushing the boundaries of medical science, and educating future healthcare professionals.
