The Executive Assistant will support the VP of Financial Planning & Analysis in addition to 1-2 Director Level leaders. This EABP 2 is far more than a transactional task executor.

In this role, you will act as a true strategic partner, connecting the dots across our highly matrixed organization and working cross-functionally to influence outcomes. The ideal candidate possesses strong business acumen, displays excellent executive presence, and seamlessly navigates complex, fast-paced corporate environments to align teams and move initiatives forward. You'll also be part of a broader EA community, working hybrid a minimum of 3 days a week out of our Mountain View office. If you're the kind of person who's always three moves ahead, this role is built for you.

Cross-Functional Communication: Communicate confidently and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executives, customers, internal stakeholders, and external Partners.

Connecting the Dots: Act as a central hub for information, anticipating and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders across the business unit and functional groups (BU/FG).

Strategic Collaboration: Share independent ideas and align on shared commitments with leaders and peers. Strategically negotiate and collaborate to arrive at agreed-upon solutions with diverse, matrixed stakeholders.

Problem Navigation: Proactively navigate organizational bottlenecks, presenting acceptable and creative alternatives that satisfy broader business needs.

Culture & Inclusivity: Inspire a deep sense of belonging, inclusivity, and high team morale through open dialogue, active consideration of diverse perspectives, and strong peer collaboration.

Operational Alignment: Apply deep business acumen to the EABP team operating mechanisms, including driving weekly huddles and monthly syncs to ensure robust cross-organizational alignment and cascading communication.

Contextual Understanding: Maintain an active pulse on the organization’s vision, strategy, priorities, and products, allowing you to stay two steps ahead of executive needs.

Accountability Leadership: Take extreme ownership of decisions and commitments while promoting a sense of urgency and establishing clear, individual accountability across the team.

Executive Presence: Maintain complete discretion and 100% integrity when handling highly confidential data, serving as a trusted advisor to the leadership team.

Process Optimization: Advise team members on applicable policies and corporate procedures, creating scalable templates to elevate daily operations.

Tech Adaptation: Seamlessly adapt to and champion new technologies (including GenAI, advanced collaboration platforms, web conferencing, and HR tools) to maximize efficiency and drive modern ways of working.
