Job description

Executive Administrator – Licensed DivisionMarketing Results is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Administrator to support our Licensed Division. This is an in-office position that requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and can successfully manage multiple priorities.The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable wearing many hats. This individual will play a key role in keeping projects moving, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the Licensed Division.ResponsibilitiesSupport the daily operations of the Licensed Division.Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets used for sales analysis, forecasting, inventory tracking, pricing, and reporting.Prepare presentations, reports, and other business documents.Track project timelines and help ensure deadlines are met.Organize product samples, shipments, trade show materials, and customer requests.Maintain accurate records, digital files, and documentation.Assist with project coordination and administrative support across multiple departments.Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.Take on special projects and provide support wherever needed.QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of executive administrative, office management, or project coordination experience.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, including formulas, pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, sorting, filtering, and data organization.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.Outstanding organizational and time management skills.Exceptional attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who enjoys wearing many hats, takes initiative, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is resourceful, organized, and takes pride in keeping projects on track while supporting the overall success.This is a full-time, in-office position. Candidates must be available to work Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
