Job Summary: We are looking for a highly reliable and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support daily personal and professional tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, discreet, and adaptable, with excellent organizational and communication skills. This role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, making travel arrangements, and ensuring the seamless execution of daily responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendar coordination.
Handle correspondence, email management, and phone calls.
Organize travel arrangements and itineraries.
Conduct online research for personal and professional tasks.
Prepare documents, presentations, and reports.
Oversee personal errands and manage household tasks as needed.
Coordinate virtual meetings and follow-up actions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting executives or managing multiple responsibilities.
Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms.
System Requirements:
Computer: Minimum Intel i5 processor, 8GB RAM, Windows 10 or higher.
Monitors: Two monitors for desktops OR an external monitor for laptops.
Internet: Stable wired connection with at least 100 Mbps speed (higher preferred for WiFi).
Backup Internet: Secondary internet source capable of handling full workload OR access to a backup location.
Power Backup: Uninterrupted power supply for at least 8 hours OR a backup location accessible within 30 minutes.
Work Environment: Dedicated, quiet workspace conducive to professional communication.
Headset: Noise-canceling headset for clear audio during virtual meetings and calls.
Additional Requirements:
No bad records from previous employers and no derogatory records.
Must pass required assessment and screening.
