Executive AssistantWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide executive-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership. This role supports a broad range of office operations, security coordination activities, travel processes, reporting workflows, and leadership communications that enable mission execution across teams and stakeholders.This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys serving as a trusted partner to leadership while helping teams operate efficiently and effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide executive-level administrative support to leadership and key stakeholdersCoordinate leadership calendars, meetings, taskings, and correspondenceFacilitate industry engagement coordination and logisticsCoordinate official travel and related documentation in accordance with government requirementsMaintain office procedures, records management systems, and administrative tracking workflowsCollect and prepare recurring activity reports and leadership updatesFacilitate communication and information sharing across supported teams and stakeholder groupsQualificationsRequired:Minimum 3 years of executive assistant or administrative support experience in a secure government environmentExperience supporting senior leadershipWorking knowledge of security coordination processes and administrative mission workflowsStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a high-tempo operational environmentStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesPreferred:Associate's degree or higher in business administration, communications, or a related fieldClearance Required:TS/SCI w/ polyAbout MissionovoWe are a mission-driven technology and engineering company dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that advance national security and achieve decisive outcomes.
