Executive AssistantSeeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level executive and administrative support to two Vice Presidents within the IT Leadership organization, supporting Cybersecurity and Corrugated Packaging teams.This role serves as a strategic business partner within a fast-paced, global IT environment and requires a proactive, highly organized professional who can operate with speed, precision, discretion, and a "digital-first" mindset. The ideal candidate will independently manage competing priorities, support executive operations, coordinate complex logistics, and leverage emerging AI and productivity technologies to maximize executive efficiency.Must-Have QualificationsAdvanced Microsoft 365 expertise, especially:OutlookMicrosoft TeamsExperience with corporate travel and expense systems:Concur preferredExperience utilizing AI productivity tools and executive automation:Microsoft Copilot preferredKey ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Calendar ManagementManage complex, fast-moving calendars for two Vice PresidentsAnticipate scheduling conflicts and prioritize strategic meetings and engagementsPrepare detailed agendas, briefing materials, and executive meeting packetsTrack follow-up actions and drive completion of action items across the organizationMeeting & Event CoordinationCoordinate end-to-end logistics for:Leadership meetingsExecutive off-sitesTeam lunches/dinnersSpecial eventsSource venues and coordinate meeting technology integrationSupport digital collaboration for global teams utilizing Microsoft Teams features such as:WebinarsWhiteboardingAI-generated meeting recapsTravel CoordinationCoordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements including:FlightsHotelsGround transportationVisa coordinationDevelop detailed itineraries with contingency planning ( "Plan B" and "Plan C" scenarios)AI & Technology SupportAct as a power user and champion for emerging productivity toolsUtilize Microsoft Copilot and AI tools for:Drafting communicationsResearchData synthesisWorkflow optimizationQuickly adapt to new software platforms and technologiesAdministrative & Financial SupportProcess expense reports, invoices, subscriptions, and vendor coordination activitiesEnsure compliance with corporate procurement standardsHandle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalismContinuously improve administrative processes and workflow efficiencyRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree requiredMinimum 3+ years of experience supporting Vice President-level leadership or abovePrior experience supporting IT leadership or working within a high-tech corporate environment strongly preferredAdvanced Microsoft Office 365 proficiency, especially:OutlookTeamsCopilot/AI toolsStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and professionalismAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgmentAdditional RequirementsMust be comfortable working onsite at least 3 days per weekAbility to commute between local Georgia offices as business needs requireMust demonstrate a proactive, adaptable, and forward-thinking approachStrong work ethic with excellent proofreading, communication, and administrative coordination skillsNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
