Executive AssistantSensi.AI is a healthtech company using AI to support senior care, giving caregivers and families real-time insight into the health and safety of aging loved ones. As we scale, we're looking for an Executive Assistant to be the right hand to our executive leader, keeping their time, priorities, and operations running smoothly.We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support across Sensi.AI's leadership team.This is a hands-on role for someone who is great at keeping a lot of moving pieces organized — managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, maintaining email and administrative hygiene, supporting meetings and events, and jumping into special projects as needed.You'll work closely with multiple members of the leadership team, helping them stay on top of their schedules, commitments, and day-to-day logistics. We're looking for someone who is resourceful, detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment where priorities can shift quickly.Calendars: Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and shifting priorities across the leadership teamTravel: Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and last-minute changesEmail: Help maintain inbox hygiene, flag priorities, and track important follow-upsMeetings & Events: Coordinate leadership meetings, Board meetings, offsites, and other eventsFollow-Through: Track action items, deadlines, and administrative follow-upsSpecial Projects: Own ad hoc projects, logistics, and occasional personal tasks as neededCoordination: Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep things movingConfidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and good judgmentExperience: 3–5 years as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting a senior executive (C-suite, Founder, or similar); experience supporting multiple executives is a plusOrganization: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines at onceTech-Savvy: Strong Google Workspace skills and comfortable using AI tools to streamline scheduling, communications, research, and daily workflowsOwnership: Proactive and resourceful, with strong follow-through and the ability to keep things moving with minimal oversightCommunication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive informationAdaptability: Calm under pressure and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, changing growth-stage environmentLocation: Austin-based and comfortable working in a hybrid environment; startup or healthtech experience is a plusWhy Join Sensi.AIBe a key partner to executive leadership at a growing healthtech company with real-world impactHybrid flexibility based in Austin, TXCompetitive compensation and benefitsA collaborative, mission-driven team cultureSensi.AI celebrates diversity and upholds equal opportunity in our hiring practices.
