You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving 5 additional remote days to be used as needed.We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide a broad range of support to senior members of the HarbourVest Global Private Wealth leadership team. This individual will serve as the main point of contact for our Global Private Wealth teammates and will help build a professional and welcoming environment for the team and external parties.The Ideal Candidate Is Someone Who Is:An excellent written and verbal communicatorAble to communicate professionally and confidently with colleagues of all levelsHighly organized and able to balance multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectivelyCommitted to excellence with high attention to detail and follow-throughTechnologically proficient with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn and adapt quickly to other applications.Prior experience with Concur travel and expense management platformWhat You Will Do:Provide Executive Assistant support to Leadership and their teamManage large scale, global calendar managementManage team expense report processing for events and travel through SAP Concur Expense platformRespond to email, MS teams and phone calls in a timely mannerCoordinate onsite meetings with vendors and clientsWhat You Bring:Demonstrated experience in supporting senior leadership with calendar managementExperience with onsite meeting coordination and materials productionMotivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a teamAbility to build and foster strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and across multiple functions and geographiesProblem solving skills with a bias for action leveraging data, technology applications and other toolsEducation Preferred:Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), Bachelor of Science (B.S.), or equivalent experienceExperience10 years+ Executive Assistant support experience supporting senior level ExecutivesBase Salary Range $95,000.00 - $105,000.00This USD base salary range represents only one component of total compensation for this role and is provided in accordance with local requirements. This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is determined based on individual and overall firm performance. In addition to salary and bonus, total compensation may include eligibility for long-term reward programs and a comprehensive total rewards package that may include retirement, health, insurance, paid time off, and wellness programs. Our total rewards offerings are influenced by several business factors, and eligibility for certain components will vary by position and geography. Please note the posted ranges do not apply outside the U.S. and should not be converted to other currencies as a proxy for compensation in other countries.This position is non-exempt and therefore eligible for the payment of overtime.
