Executive Assistant Business PartnerImmediate need for a talented Executive Assistant Business Partner. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Mountain View, CA(Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.Pay Range: $65/hr - $70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Own and manage complex executive calendars, coordinating across teams and prioritizing schedules.Manage business travel arrangements, ensuring optimal itineraries.Serve as a trusted partner to executives, demonstrating initiative and maintaining confidentiality.Anticipate executive needs, solve problems, and plan for recurring tasks.Collaborate with other executive assistants on special projects, improving systems and processes.Reconcile and manage executive expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.Coordinate technical support for meetings and maintain organizational charts and distribution lists.Key Requirements and Technology Experience:4–5 years of executive administrative experience, preferably supporting senior Director, VP, or C-level executives.Ability to exercise complete discretion and handle highly confidential information with integrity.Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.Excellent time-management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, or comparable productivity suites.Advanced Outlook calendar management skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels.Our client is a leading IT Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
