Executive AssistantPride Health is hiring an Executive Assistant to support our client's healthcare facility in Cherry Hill, NJ. Job Details: Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Location: Cherry Hill, NJ – 08002 (Onsite) Float / Coverage Area: Job Type: Local contract Contract Length: 13 weeks Contract (Possible extension) Pay Range: $32.00 to $35.00/hour* *Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.Duties:Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and competing priorities.Coordinate executive meetings, agendas, presentations, minutes, and action items.Serve as a primary liaison for internal and external communications.Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and business documents.Coordinate projects, timelines, events, and training activities.Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.Support administrative operations, purchasing, and resource coordination.Greet and assist visitors and stakeholders professionally.Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues.Requirements:Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.License(s): N/ACertification(s): N/AYears of experience: 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably supporting senior executives.Skills/Specialties/Technology:Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects with accuracy.Excellent judgment, problem-solving skills, professionalism, and confidentiality.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong customer service and collaboration skills.Equal Employment Opportunity PrideGlobal and it's affiliates are an equal opportunity employer.
