Executive Administrative AssistantRequired:Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.3–5 years of experience in an administrative, business office, or executive support role.Strong experience with database management and customer service.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.Preferred:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level administrative and operational support to executive leadership.Manage and coordinate special projects, conducting research, analysis, and recommending solutions to improve organizational processes and efficiency.Evaluate and improve administrative systems, procedures, record-keeping practices, and workflow processes.Implement process improvements within assigned areas of responsibility and support broader organizational initiatives.Collect, analyze, maintain, and report on data to support business operations and decision-making.Prepare professional documents, reports, presentations, and other business communications.Manage executive calendars, prioritize meetings, coordinate schedules, and ensure all necessary materials and participants are prepared.Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including email, phone calls, and correspondence.Plan, coordinate, and execute meetings, events, and organizational activities.Assist in the development, preparation, and distribution of materials for staff, leadership, and stakeholders.Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive and proprietary information.Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and internal and external stakeholders.Build and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.Record meeting discussions, key decisions, and action items as needed.Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.Skills & CompetenciesExecutive-level administrative supportProject coordination and managementData analysis and reportingCalendar and meeting managementProcess improvementEvent planning and coordinationRelationship managementProfessional communicationOrganizational effectivenessConfidentiality and discretion
