Executive AssistantOur client, a prominent Chicago-based firm, is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted right-hand to a member of their C-suite. This is an exciting, high-visibility opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and play an integral role in a fast-paced, dynamic organization. The ideal candidate is sharp, proactive, and highly organized, with excellent judgment and a natural ability to stay ahead of priorities, anticipate needs, and keep a busy executive operating seamlessly.Responsibilities:Manage complex, ever-shifting calendars and meeting logistics, often across multiple time zonesCoordinate detailed domestic and international travel, including itineraries and contingency planningDraft, edit, and manage correspondence, board materials, presentations, and internal communicationsPrepare and reconcile expense reports; support light budget tracking and vendor coordinationServe as a key liaison between the executive and board members, senior leadership, clients, and external partnersAnticipate scheduling conflicts and shifting priorities, and adjust plans proactivelyCoordinate logistics for offsites, board meetings, and executive-level eventsManage projects and follow up on action items on the executive's behalfExercise sound judgment and discretion with highly confidential business and personal informationQualifications:5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-suite or senior leadershipDemonstrated experience managing complex calendars and travel for a senior executiveExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to tone and detailHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and calendar/scheduling toolsExperience supporting board-level or executive-level meetings a plusStrong project management instincts and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping detailsAbility to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and anticipate needs before they're voicedA steady, professional presence under pressureComfortable working onsite in ChicagoPlease submit your resume for consideration!
