Project Consultant, Strategy, Growth, And TransformationOur Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey—before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.Work you'll do As a Project Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Operations Transformation team, you will be responsible for supporting executive operations and administrative priorities in a dynamic client environment by:Managing complex calendars, schedule forecasts, and daybooksCoordinating meetings, events, conferences, off-sites, and visitor clearancesPreparing travel arrangements, trip books, and executive read-ahead materialsTracking taskers and suspense items while maintaining filing and records systemsDrafting, editing, and proofreading documents, briefings, reports, and presentationsA successful candidate would possess these skills:Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to provide clear guidance to othersThe team Deloitte's Government & Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology and outcomes – is designed for impact. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.Qualifications Required:High School Diploma or GEDActive Secret clearance3+ years of experience in executive administrative roles2+ years of experience supporting defense clientsAbility to work on site 4 days a weekAbility to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.Preferred:Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointExperience drafting, editing, and proofreading briefings, reports, and presentationsA reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,600 to $134,300.
