Job description
We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join our expanding team in Morristown, NJ . The Executive Business Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO and Executive Vice President. From time to time, the Executive Assistant may also support other members of the Executive team with scheduling meetings, presentations and the like.

Role:
Research and coordinate client events such as golfing events or dinners.
Prepare correspondence, memorandum, reports, presentations or other assigned documentation in specified software package(s).
Administer programs, projects or processes specific to the operating unit served, and maintain spreadsheets or databases to monitor departmental information.
May research special topics as assigned.
Serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company.
Perform administrative personal tasks such as scheduling doctor's appointments, reconciling credit card statements, researching and coordinating contractors and managing rental properties.
Must Have
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
Technology savvy and good with preparing and giving PowerPoint Presentations.
Proficiency in MS office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Outlook; Oracle.
Ability to navigate organization and develop strong working relationships across business lines and at all levels.
Must have experience with managing/supporting "projects " or "special projects " within the corporate set-up
2 to10 years of experience in business administration. This is a junior to mid-level role.
