Executive AssistantOur patients are our number one priority! We're committed to giving children back their childhood!Location: Dallas - HospitalMonday - Friday8:00am - 5:00pmDuties/ResponsibilitiesAssist the Vice President of Research and Director of the Hip Center to perform their duties effectivelyAnswer and transfer phone calls, screening when necessaryCoordinate and schedule meetings, travel, and appointments for the executive and physicianPrepare agendas and schedules for meetingsAttends meetings and prepares minutes as neededRespond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions, perform other duties as assignedPrepare and submit expense reports for the Research Department on a monthly basis.Welcome and direct visitors and Scottish Rite for Children staffTreat all confidential material in a responsible and confidential mannerRequired Skills/AbilitiesHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredBachelor's degree requiredMust have at least 2 years of Executive Assistant experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailBasic understanding of clerical procedures and systemsAbility to work independently
