Executive AssistantA prestigious global financial services firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join its Dallas team. The firm has a strong reputation in the industry, with offices across the U.S. and internationally, and works with some of the most prominent businesses and leaders in the market. The Dallas team is moving into brand-new, high-end office space in a great location, and this role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior professionals in a collaborative, high-performing environment.The ideal candidate is a highly capable Executive Assistant who knows how to stay one step ahead. They are proactive, organized, and confident managing multiple senior professionals with demanding schedules and competing priorities. They have strong judgment, excellent attention to detail, and a natural ability to anticipate needs and keep things moving.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level executive support to 3–4 senior professionalsOwn complex calendars, scheduling, meetings, and competing prioritiesCoordinate detailed domestic and international travel and expensesStay ahead of follow-ups, deadlines, and key prioritiesAnticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling and logistical issuesPartner closely with the existing administrative lead and broader teamAssist with meetings, presentations, and special projects as neededHandle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and sound judgmentQualificationsStrong experience providing high-level executive support within an established organizationExperience supporting multiple senior executives, Partners, Managing Directors, or comparable leadership preferredFinance or professional services experience preferredExcellent calendar management, organizational, and communication skillsStrong judgment with the ability to anticipate needs and manage competing prioritiesProactive, resourceful, and highly detail-orientedCollaborative and willing to jump in wherever neededStrong Microsoft Office and Outlook skillsCRM experience preferred, but not requiredAI proficiency is a plusPlease submit your resume to be considered.
