Job description
Executive AssistantThe Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives while also taking ownership of projects, meetings, and company events. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys traditional executive support but also wants to be involved in project coordination and strategic initiatives.Key responsibilities include:Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling, and competing priorities.Coordinate domestic travel, meetings, and expense reporting.Manage executive communications and assist with email organization.Prepare for and coordinate leadership meetings, including agendas, notes, and follow-up items.Take ownership of projects and help move strategic initiatives from planning through execution.Coordinate company events and meetings ranging from small gatherings to larger organizational events.Partner with leadership as a proactive thought partner and help translate ideas into actionable plans.Provide administrative support to business development initiatives and other leadership priorities.Qualifications:3+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior-level or C-suite executives.Demonstrated project management or project coordination experience.Experience planning and coordinating professional or corporate events.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Additional details:Contract-to-hire opportunity.Hybrid schedule.Standard schedule is Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
