With a world-class business development & leadership team already in place, we are well positioned to capitalize on already overwhelming demand.We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with 5–7 years of experience supporting senior executives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound judgment, and maintains the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangementsManaging C suite calendars and emails.Manage complex scheduling, prioritize appointments, and anticipate executive needsPrepare reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting materialsDraft, review, and manage correspondence on behalf of executivesCoordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and follow-upsServe as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholdersHandle confidential information with discretion and integrityTrack key projects and ensure timely follow-up on action itemsSupport event planning, board meetings, and executive-level initiativesImprove administrative processes and implement organizational systemsQualifications5–7 years of experience supporting C-level or senior executivesBachelor's degree preferredExceptional organizational and time-management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of professionalism and discretionProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Slack)Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environmentStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailKey CompetenciesProactive and self-motivatedStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to anticipate needs and think aheadAdaptability and flexibilityHigh emotional intelligence
