Job description
Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for a maternity leave consulting assignment supporting its team in Greenwich, CT. This individual will provide administrative support to approximately 3–4 professionals and work alongside a larger administrative team.
Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for multiple professionals
Coordinate travel arrangements, expenses, and administrative logistics
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Direct Lending team
Collaborate with a larger team of Executive Assistants
Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders
Handle confidential information with discretion
Anticipate team needs and ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
8–15 years of Executive Assistant or senior administrative experience
Financial services experience preferred
Strong candidates from large law firms or other professional services firms will be considered
Experience supporting multiple senior professionals
Excellent organizational, communication, and calendar management skills
Polished, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work onsite in Greenwich, CT, five days per week
College degree not required
