Executive AssistantThe Executive Assistant position is appointed in accordance with MCA 2-18-104 and serves as the administrative assistant to the Attorney General and the Chief of Staff within the Department of Justice. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, such as coordinating office functions, support services, scheduling, handling of all correspondence, screening phone calls, scheduling meetings and performing other miscellaneous support duties.Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma Two years of experience performing a variety of office support or clerical work.
