Job Description
We are looking for a part-time or full-time Executive Assistant to provide administrative and office support, as well as data management. We offer flexible hours to accommodate your lifestyle. The position provides the opportunity to work with high level professionals, learn valuable investment management analytical programs, and gain knowledge on successful sales and marketing professional techniques.
Desired Skills and Expertise
The ideal candidate must possess the following:
· High integrity

· Be a self-starter and have initiative
· High level of comfort making phone calls
· Balance clerical responsibilities and external projects
· Superb organizational and communication skills
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
· General interest in investment markets, accounting, finance, and/or sales and marketing is recommended
· Associates/Bachelor degree desired, not required
Responsibilities will include
· Providing efficient and professional administrative support
· Organizing and maintaining filing system of confidential information
· Scheduling and planning meetings
· Scheduling and organizing travel arrangements
· Managing communications - email and xavwley phone calls
· Market research calls to institutions and consultants
· Transcribing dictation
· Data entry in proprietary CRM program
· Organize, analyze, and input numerical data into various database systems
· Sending out marketing material and correspondence to prospects
· Responding to both internal and external inquiries
Compensation & Benefits:
· $30+ per hour (base rate + bonus/incentive), depending on experience and tenure
