Executive AssistantWe are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Executive Assistant to support the Founder/Chairman and ensure the smooth coordination of both business and personal activities. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs, and reliably manages multiple priorities with discretion. The Executive Assistant will manage complex scheduling, communication flow, administrative projects, and personal-support responsibilities as needed. A high level of confidentiality, poise, and professionalism is required.Executive Support:Manage a dynamic calendar, including appointments, travel, meetings, and events.Act as primary point of contact and liaison for internal and external stakeholders.Prepare briefings, correspondence, documents, and presentations.Coordinate logistics for meetings, conference calls, and travel.5+ years supporting a senior leader or executive preferred.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.Professional presence and confident decision-making in high-demand situations.High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality.Personal Support:Assist with a variety of personal logistics and household-related activities when required.Ability to run occasional errands, support household service coordination, and manage scheduling for personal commitments.Maintain discretion and confidentiality with personal, family, and business matters.Availability and Responsiveness:Ability to respond with urgency when priorities change.Occasional weekend or after-hours support may be required based on business or personal needs.Flexibility to adjust schedule and respond quickly when requested.
