Executive AssistantJoin a dynamic team at Amazon as an Executive Assistant where you'll have the opportunity to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders while managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and administrative operations. This role offers exposure to high-impact business initiatives and the chance to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple organizations.Key job responsibilities:Maintain and manage multiple complex calendars for senior leadership, ensuring efficient time management and minimizing conflicts.Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reports.Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing and distributing meeting materials, agendas, and meeting minutes.Manage inbox and correspondence, prioritizing urgent matters.Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Coordinate team events and staff meetings.Partner with other Executive Assistants to ensure seamless administrative operations.About the team:You will report to the Director, Canada Tax but support the Director - Tax M&A, Director - Federal Tax, Director - Treasury Tax and the respective support teams who are based in Seattle, Arlington, Toronto, Vancouver and Hyderabad. You will also be joining a collaborative team of Executive Assistants within Tax who support senior leaders across the organization. We work together to ensure smooth operations while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.Basic Qualifications:2+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experienceExperience with executive level calendar managementHigh school or equivalent diplomaExperience with Microsoft Office products and applicationsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech companyExperience managing multiple calendarsBachelor's degree in relevant field of operationsExperience with domestic or international travel coordinationAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
