Executive Assistant II - AMZ18322.5.2Employer: Amazon.com Services LLCLocation: Culver City, CAMultiple Positions Available:1. Create confidential presentations and correspondence for internal executives and external communications;2. Gain knowledge of team and overall business; serve as a strategic partner to multiple executives and their extended teams;3. Coordinate domestic and international travel and accommodations;4. Manage expense reporting and approval on executives' behalf;5. Work with other EBPs across Amazon, and external companies;6. Manage attendees, agenda, and logistics of all recurring meetings and departmental events (offsites, All Hands, and conferences) while anticipating conflict;7. Manage complex calendaring and events based on Executive and Team priorities, while proactively resolving scheduling conflicts;8. Develop processes to improve operations, managing implementation across the organization;9. Manage logistics and strategic coordination of the organization's operational planning (e.g. organizational budget, headcount planning);10. Attend executive meetings, while capturing notes and key decisions;11.
