Executive AssistantThis opportunity is with a large organization in the Financial Services industry, known for its structured processes and commitment to delivering exceptional results. The company values efficiency, precision, and professionalism in all its operations.Job DescriptionProvide administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department, including scheduling and correspondence. Maintain and organize records, files, and documentation with high attention to detail. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other key materials as needed. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members. Handle incoming calls and inquiries, redirecting them to the appropriate personnel. Ensure timely and accurate data entry and management of internal systems. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional correspondence. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of initiative. Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
