Our product portfolio includes DDR4/DDR5 DIMMs, NAND-based SSDs, and advanced interconnect technologies such as CXL and PCIe.Join our world-class engineering team and be part of shaping the future of memory and storage architecture.Position Summary:We are seeking a highly polished, proactive, and strategic Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide high-level administrative and operational support. This role serves as a trusted partner to the CEO, managing priorities, facilitating communication, and ensuring seamless execution of business activities.The ideal candidate operates with discretion, anticipates needs, and thrives in a fast-paced, executive-level environment with significant exposure to senior leadership, board members, and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing an extremely dynamic and complex calendarAnticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively prioritize meetings and commitments aligned with business prioritiesAct as a gatekeeper and liaison, managing incoming communications and requestsCoordinate domestic and international travel in partnership with a travel agency, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itinerariesManage last-minute changes and ensure seamless, real-time travel adjustmentsPrepare and reconcile executive expense reportsCoordinate executive, leadership, and Board of Directors meetingsPrepare agendas, briefing materials, and executive-level presentationsMay take meeting notes, track key action items, and ensure timely follow-upSupport logistics for on-site meetings, including catering, room setup, and guest coordinationSupport strategic initiatives by tracking deliverables, deadlines, and cross-functional coordinationPrepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents for internal and external engagementsConduct research and compile data to support executive decision-makingAssist with confidential and high-impact projects across departmentsInterface with senior leaders, external partners, investors, and board members with professionalism and discretionDraft and edit executive communications, presentations, and correspondenceMaintain strict confidentiality with sensitive business and personnel mattersRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives (CEO support strongly preferred)Exceptional organizational and time-management skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilities (executive-level polish)Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environmentProfessional presence and strong interpersonal skillsHigh level of discretion, integrity, and judgmentCalm under pressure with a strong sense of ownershipSalary Range: $110-130k
