Executive AssistantCharlie Gilmur with Robert Half is searching for an experienced and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leadership in Oregon. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong organizational discipline, communicates with professionalism, and keeps shifting priorities on track in a fast-moving business environment. The successful candidate will serve as a dependable partner to executives by coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and helping leadership stay focused on critical objectives.Responsibilities:• Oversee demanding executive calendars by arranging appointments, confirming priorities, and adjusting schedules to address changing business needs.• Plan and manage travel logistics for leaders, including flights, lodging, ground transportation, itineraries, and related expense documentation.• Draft, edit, and format business correspondence, presentations, reports, and briefing materials for meetings and leadership communications.• Coordinate internal and external meetings, leadership offsites, board-related sessions, and special events to ensure smooth execution.• Monitor follow-up items, milestone dates, and ongoing initiatives so executives remain informed and prepared on key commitments.• Review incoming messages and requests, route matters appropriately, and bring urgent issues to leadership attention when needed.• Handle sensitive company and personnel information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.• Provide administrative and project support across teams while assisting with general office coordination as business needs evolve.
