Schedule appointments and maintain the Outlook Calendar for team members.
Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed.
Utilize DocuSign for document management and electronic signatures.
Maintain organized records and files, ensuring easy access to information.
Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
Provide support in QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks when required.
Assist with various in office functions.
Collaborate with team members on administrative projects as necessary.
