Job description
Executive AssistantServes as a key administrative partner to Vice Presidents, managing high-volume calendars, coordinating cross-functional meetings, and supporting internal and external communications. This role requires a high level of professionalism and the ability to anticipate needs.You Will:Manage leaders' calendars, prioritize meeting requests, and coordinate meeting logistics. Coordinate travel and itineraries for the leader and their team, as needed.Anticipate needs and streamline processes for aligned VPsPrepare reports, communications, and presentation materialsManage department events and employee engagement activities, including managing logistics such as venue, food, and onsite supportPartner with stakeholders and other departments to support business operationsServe as a liaison between the VP and internal/external stakeholdersManage departmental systems and expense tracking, including generating routine reports to support operational efficiency and budget oversightPlays a key role in onboarding and backup support for other adminsDemonstrates knowledge of business operations and supports process improvementsYou Have:3+ years of administrative experienceExperience supporting multiple executive leaders and/or departmentsHigh School Diploma or equivalentStrong organizational and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Ability to handle confidential information with discretionHigh attention to detail and strong customer service orientationDemonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environmentGrainger is committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, disability, gender identity or expression, protected veteran status or any other protected characteristic under federal, state, or local law.
